At the Y, we are all about relationship building and being a welcoming and inclusive space! The Welcome Center Volunteer, working as part of the Membership Service Team, delivers customer service and relationship building skills to help create that welcoming environment at the Y. They also provide information to guests, such as: memberships, programs, activities, special events, etc. to assist with the attraction and retention of members.
