Aurora Day Resource Center is a day shelter on the Anschutz campus at 13387 East 19th Place.  Volunteers are needed to sort and organize clothing to give to clients.  The shelter is only 12-15 minutes from Lowry.  You will work inside and make a huge difference.  

Volunteers needed  Tues through Friday 2 shifts 9-11 and 1-3 pm

•  Housing assistance, employment services, financial literacy, and other resources •  Job readiness training program

•  Computer lab and clothing

•  Hygiene items, showers, laundry, and sleeping bays 

•  Breakfast and lunch

•  Mail, document retention and medication storage

•  Dental, medical and behavioral health services
