Jeffco Eats is actively looking for 2-3 HEALTHY and strongpeople that can help us with:

·        Unloading a U-Haul truck that comes from the Food Bank of theRockies every week with cases of non-perishable food; enough to pack 700 bags;

·        Loading bags of non-perishable food and produce bags intovolunteer vehicles for distribution to Jeffco Schools for Grab and Go.  We try to disperse up to 1,000 bags each week;and

·        Packing new bins back into the storage place that the packerspacked that morning

You must be able to lift heavy items. We meet every Fridaymorning from 8:30am until Noon. We are located in the lower level of HopeCrossing Church, 3000 S. Wadsworth Blvd Lakewood CO. Loading and unloading willbe done out of the North parking lot, located next to the Sinclair Gas Station.Dollies and wagons are available, but please bring your own mask, and workgloves.  Wear casual/comfy work clothes, closed-toed shoes are highlyrecommended. NOTE: Temperatures will be taken.
